These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Nira House website and enquiries submitted through it. Specific commercial terms are confirmed separately for each order.

1. Handcrafted Products

Nira House works with handcrafted products. Minor variations in colour, pattern, texture, dimensions, finish and motif placement are natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and are not necessarily considered defects.

2. Enquiries, Samples & Orders

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed order. Samples may be arranged for selected products. MOQ, sample charges, pricing, customisation, production timelines, payment terms and other commercial conditions are confirmed separately before proceeding.

3. Custom & Private Label

Custom, OEM and private-label orders are subject to feasibility and agreed specifications. Where applicable, approved samples or specifications will serve as the reference for production.

4. Pricing & Payment

Final pricing and payment terms are provided with the relevant quotation or Proforma Invoice and may vary according to quantity, material, customisation, packaging and order requirements.

5. Production, Packaging & Shipping

Production timelines are estimates based on the product, quantity and customisation required. Packaging and international shipping arrangements, including applicable freight charges, are confirmed separately according to the order and destination.

6. Returns, Damage & Claims

As Nira House primarily works with handcrafted, customised and B2B products, orders are not automatically eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind. If an order arrives damaged, materially defective or materially different from the agreed specifications, please contact us promptly with relevant photographs, videos and order details. Each claim will be reviewed individually. Where accepted, an appropriate resolution may include replacement, repair, credit or another mutually agreed solution. Natural handmade variations within the agreed product character are not considered defects.

7. Buyer-Provided Designs

Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to any designs, logos, photographs or other materials supplied to Nira House.

8. Website Content

Nira House website content, photographs, branding and other original materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

9. Order-Specific Terms

For confirmed B2B orders, the applicable quotation, Proforma Invoice, approved specifications and other mutually agreed written terms will determine the final commercial conditions.
